1.     The Club shall be called “The Tern Valley Scout District Archery Club”

2.     The Club shall follow the aims, principals and rules of The Scout Association and shall operate      under The Scout Association’s P.O.R.

3.     The Club will operate under the rules and guidelines of the “Grand National Archery Society”.

4.     The Club shall be open to all members of the T.V. District, County Network and Fellowship.* Other members of the Scout Association can join at the discretion of the Committee.

5.     Each member shall be provided with a copy of the Club’s “Code of Conduct”.

6.     The Committee shall consist of: Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and a minimum of four Committee members.

7.     The Club will hold its Annual General Meeting every year for the.

a)     Annual report

b)    Election of Officers

c)     Statement of financial accounts.

d)    Nominated Agenda Items.

8.     All equipment not owned or supplied by the Club must be in a safe condition and in good order.

9.    The club membership and session fee will be reviewed annually.
